Interview approach
The interviews are designed to surface practical insight from lived experience, including:
What enables long-term thinking in real leadership contexts
Where existing approaches and frameworks break down
What needs to change for intergenerational responsibility to function at scale
The aim is not to seek endorsement or consensus, but to build a credible body of practice grounded in the realities leaders face today.
Participation typically includes:
One interview, approximately 30 to 45 minutes
Minimal preparation, with optional follow-up if helpful
A structured but open conversation focused on experience rather than theory or advocacy
Interviews are scheduled at a time that suits you and conducted with respect for confidentiality, time, and context.
