Interview approach

The interviews are designed to surface practical insight from lived experience, including:

  • What enables long-term thinking in real leadership contexts

  • Where existing approaches and frameworks break down

  • What needs to change for intergenerational responsibility to function at scale

The aim is not to seek endorsement or consensus, but to build a credible body of practice grounded in the realities leaders face today.

Participation typically includes:

  • One interview, approximately 30 to 45 minutes

  • Minimal preparation, with optional follow-up if helpful

  • A structured but open conversation focused on experience rather than theory or advocacy

Interviews are scheduled at a time that suits you and conducted with respect for confidentiality, time, and context.
